Prohibited uses
Calls that promote: scams, financial fraud, gambling without state licence, adult content, political messaging without DLT registration, healthcare claims without regulatory clearance, multi-level marketing.
Required practices
Honour DND/NCPR scrub. Respect TRAI calling-window. Maintain valid consent for every dial. Disclose AI in the first 5 seconds.
Enforcement
Violations result in campaign suspension, account suspension, or termination depending on severity. Repeated violations forfeit unused credits.
