1. 15-day money-back guarantee
The 15-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment on Cualify, on any subscription plan (Pilot, Starter, Growth, or Scale), whether billed monthly or annually.
The 15-day window starts at the timestamp of your first paid invoice and runs for 15 calendar days (not working days).
2. What counts as 'used minutes'
Refunds are calculated as: refund = (plan fee paid) − (minutes consumed × plan ₹/min rate). The standard per-minute rates are:
- Pilot — ₹9 / minute
- Starter — ₹8 / minute
- Growth — ₹7 / minute
- Scale — ₹6 / minute
Minutes are measured from agent connect to call end. Failed dials, unanswered calls, and DLT-blocked numbers are not counted.
3. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund — <invoice-id>". You don't need to provide a reason.
- We confirm receipt within one working day and verify the eligibility window.
- If eligible, the refund is initiated to the original Razorpay payment method within five to seven working days.
- You receive a credit note for accounting; GST and TDS amounts are reversed proportionally on the credit note.
4. What does NOT void the guarantee
None of the following affect your right to a refund within the 15-day window:
- The number of calls you've already placed
- The number of campaigns or playbooks you've created
- The number of contacts you've uploaded
- Custom voice training already completed
- DLT template registrations already filed under your entity
5. Exclusions
The following amounts are not refundable under this policy:
- Pass-through SMS, WhatsApp Business, or third-party fees that we have already paid to vendors on your behalf (these appear as separate ledger line items with vendor name and cost)
- Fines or penalties levied by TRAI, DoT, or other regulators arising from violations of the Acceptable Use Policy by you or your end-users
- Custom voice clone development charges if a custom voice has been delivered and accepted
6. After the 15-day window
Past the 15-day window, you can still cancel any time:
- Self-service from Settings → Billing in your dashboard, or by emailing support
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- We do not pro-rate the remaining portion of the current month
- You retain access through the period you've already paid for
7. Annual subscriptions
Annual plans benefit from the same 15-day guarantee. After 15 days, the remaining months of an annual term are not refunded — you keep service through the end of the paid period and we don't auto-renew without 30 days' email notice.
8. Credit packs
One-time credit packs (500, 2,000, 5,000, and 15,000-minute bundles bought from /billing) are governed by separate terms:
- Credit packs are non-refundable once issued
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Subscription minutes are consumed before credit-pack minutes within a billing period
- Unused credits expire at the end of the validity window — they are not converted to cash
9. Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact [email protected] before raising a chargeback with your bank or card network. We resolve all eligible disputes within seven working days. Razorpay chargebacks initiated without prior contact may be contested with documentation showing the service has been delivered as described.
10. Tax handling
Refunds are processed against the original tax invoice. A GST credit note is issued for the same financial year. CGST + SGST or IGST amounts are reversed in proportion to the refunded value. The 2% TDS deducted at source is reflected on the credit note for your accounting.
11. Governing law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India and is read together with the Terms of Service. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
