What does the 15-day money-back guarantee actually cover?

If you're not happy within 15 days of your first payment, email support@cualify.in and we'll refund the plan fee in full. Used minutes are deducted at the standard ₹/min rate of your plan — that's the only adjustment. No setup fees, no clawbacks, no fine print. Refunds land in 5–7 working days via the original payment method.

Do prices include GST?

Prices shown are exclusive of 18% GST. Tax-compliant invoices are emailed monthly and downloadable from the billing dashboard. We deduct 2% TDS at source on every invoice and provide Form 16A every quarter so your accountant gets clean books out of the box.

What happens after I exhaust my included minutes?

Overage is billed at ₹6–9 per minute depending on your plan (lower on higher tiers). You can also pre-purchase credit packs at a flat ₹6/min in any tier — credits stay valid for 12 months and stack with subscription minutes.

Can I cancel any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Hit the Cancel button in your billing dashboard or email us — access continues till the end of the current billing period and unused credits stay valid for 12 months. No exit fees, no win-back interrogation.

Is there a free trial?

We don't offer a free trial because we set up your DLT templates, voice, and playbook ourselves on day one — that's real engineering time. The Pilot plan at ₹4,999 is the closest equivalent: five days, full access, and refunded under the 15-day guarantee if it doesn't work for you.

How long does onboarding take?

Five working days for Pilot · Starter · Growth. Day 1 we connect your existing telephony (Exotel / Plivo / Twilio) and pull your already-registered DLT templates into Cualify. Day 2 we build the agent + sandbox campaign. Day 3 CRM + WhatsApp. Day 4 you review test calls. Day 5 we go live. Scale onboardings are custom — usually 2–3 weeks.

Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, Gujarati, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese, plus English with multiple Indian accents. Pilot covers 2 languages, Starter 4, Growth 8, Scale all 12. Voices are production-grade neural TTS, not robotic.

Is my data DPDP-compliant?

Yes. All recordings, transcripts, and contact data are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), and stored in Mumbai (ap-south-1). Consent is captured at the start of every outbound call and stored alongside the recording. We're appointing a DPO and publishing our DPIA before the DPDP Act enforcement window. What about TRAI / DLT registration?

Cualify is bring-your-own-carrier — your DLT registration stays under your entity, with your existing telephony provider (Exotel, Plivo, Twilio). We connect to your provider via API and use the templates you've already registered. We never originate calls from our own number, so there's no DLT setup on our side. The platform enforces calling-window, AI disclosure, and NCPR scrub on every dispatch regardless of which carrier you use — that's how we keep your audit trail clean.
