Are you a Bolna reseller?

We use Bolna's voice runtime under the hood today, the same way Vercel uses AWS. Our value sits in the customer-experience layer above it — onboarding, dashboards, compliance, integrations, Indian-market polish. Year 2 we expand to a multi-provider runtime including Pipecat where the economics make sense.

If you use Bolna underneath, why not just go to Bolna directly?

If you're a 3+ engineer team that wants to build a custom voice agent stack, you should. Cualify exists for the founder or operations team that wants a working AI calling system in 5 minutes — without writing voice infrastructure code, configuring carrier serializers, or implementing DPDP compliance from scratch.

Will Bolna ever raise prices and squeeze you?

Possible — and the architecture is designed for that risk. The voice runtime is one adapter behind a clean interface. If Bolna's pricing changes adversely, we swap to Pipecat-self-hosted on AWS within a quarter. Customers wouldn't notice the change because the dashboard, API, and webhooks all stay the same.

How are you 'more compliant' than Bolna?

Compliance isn't a feature, it's a discipline. We bake TRAI calling-window gates into every dispatch path, scrub every contact list against NCPR before campaigns launch, record consent at call start, retain transcripts for 2 years and recordings for 90 days, and host every byte in Supabase Mumbai. Bolna technically lets you do all of this, but you build and audit it yourself.
