Cualify Calling

Run the calls nobody has time to make.

Upload a list or trigger from your CRM, and AI agents work through it in your customers' language — inside permitted calling windows, skipping numbers on the DND list or your opt-outs, logging every outcome. No dialler operator, no spreadsheet of who was called.

How it works

Four steps, start to finish.

  1. 1

    Bring your list

Upload a CSV or Excel file, or let a campaign trigger from your CRM. Names and any custom fields you include are available to the agent, so the call opens with the person's actual name.

  2. 2

Cualify checks every number before it dials

Every number is checked against Cualify's DND list and the contacts you've marked do-not-contact, and matches are never dialled — enforced by the platform, not a checkbox. No live NCPR feed is connected yet, so keep scrubbing your lists against NCPR too.

  3. 3

    Agents dial inside permitted windows

Calls only go out during hours you are allowed to make them. A campaign scheduled outside the window waits rather than dialling and creating a compliance problem.

  4. 4

    Every outcome is recorded

Answered, refused, no answer, callback requested, interested, not interested — with the recording and transcript attached, and the contact record updated.

What it does not do

Outbound campaigns need a lawful basis to call. Cualify will not let you dial a purchased list you have no relationship with — consent is checked before dispatch, and that is not configurable.

Common questions

Outbound campaigns, answered plainly.

Is outbound AI calling legal in India?

Yes, within the rules, and Cualify enforces them rather than trusting you to. Every call plays an AI disclosure in the first five seconds, every campaign number is checked against Cualify's DND list and your opt-outs before dialling, and calls only go out inside permitted windows. Your DLT registration stays under your own entity with your own telephony provider.

How many calls can run at once?

That is set by your telephony provider's concurrency, not by Cualify. Your Exotel plan determines how many simultaneous channels you have; Cualify queues to fit within it rather than failing calls.

Can it personalise each call?

Yes. Any column in your upload becomes a variable the agent can use, so it opens with the person's name and can reference their order, appointment or outstanding amount.
