Cualify CRM

Stages that move themselves.

When the agent books the appointment, the lead advances. When the payment clears, it closes. The pipeline reflects what actually happened instead of what somebody remembered to drag.

How it works

Four steps, start to finish.

  1. 1

Define the stages you actually use

Enquiry, qualified, booked, visited, closed — or whatever your business really does. Most small businesses need four or five, not fifteen.

  2. 2

    Events move the deal

An appointment booked by Assistant advances the stage. A completed call with a positive outcome advances it. Nobody updates anything by hand.

  3. 3

    Stalled deals surface themselves

Anything sitting in a stage longer than it should shows up as needing attention, rather than quietly ageing out of sight.

  4. 4

    The pipeline is therefore trustworthy

A pipeline nobody updates is worse than no pipeline, because it looks like information. One driven by events is worth reading.

What it does not do

Automation moves stages on events Cualify can see. A deal that progresses entirely through a WhatsApp conversation on someone's personal phone will still need moving by hand.

Common questions

Pipeline automation, answered plainly.

Can I still move deals manually?

Yes, always. Automation sets the default; you override it whenever reality disagrees, and the override is recorded.

How many pipelines can I have?

As many as you need — a clinic might run one for new patients and another for treatment plans, and they can have completely different stages.

Does it forecast revenue?

It shows value by stage and what is stalled. It does not do weighted forecasting or quota modelling — that is a bigger-CRM feature and pretending otherwise would not help you.
