What credit packs are
A credit pack is a one-time pre-paid top-up of Cualify minutes. Buy any amount from ₹100 to ₹75,000 at checkout; the balance lands instantly on your wallet and gets debited at ₹6 per call minute (flat rate, all plans, all use cases).
Credit packs are independent of your subscription. You can:
- Run Cualify on credit packs alone (no plan, pay-as-you-go)
- Use credit packs as overflow when your plan's included minutes run out (plan minutes are consumed first; credit-pack balance kicks in after)
- Stockpile a buffer ahead of a known campaign spike
Pack sizes at a glance
Any amount works — these are just convenient presets shown at checkout. Larger packs don't get bigger discounts (we keep pricing simple); they just save you the friction of repeat top-ups.
| Pack | Price (incl. GST) | Minutes | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | ₹500 | 83 | 1 small campaign |
| Growth | ₹2,500 | 416 | ~1 month of typical SMB outbound |
| Scale | ₹7,500 | 1,250 | Multi-campaign month |
| Enterprise | ₹75,000 | 12,500 | Quarter of heavy outbound |
How they stack with plans
When you have both a subscription and a credit-pack balance, Cualify debits in this order:
- Subscription minutes first (they reset monthly anyway, so consuming them first avoids waste)
- Credit-pack balance second (rolls over, doesn't expire for 12 months)
This means you never accidentally burn credit packs when your plan would have covered the call. The dispatch path is invisible to your agent — same playbook, same recipient, same call quality regardless of which bucket pays for it.
Buying a pack
- Go to Billing
- Scroll to Wallet → click Add credits
- Enter any amount in ₹ from 100 to 75,000 (or pick a preset)
- Razorpay checkout: UPI / card / netbanking
- Balance lands on your wallet within 30 seconds; GST invoice arrives by email within 24 hours
Expiry policy
Each credit pack is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. The wallet uses FIFO — the oldest pack's balance is consumed first so the newest pack gets the most runway.
We email reminders at T-60, T-30, T-7 days before expiry. If a pack actually expires, the unused balance is forfeited and an audit-log entry is written so you can see exactly when and how much.
Tip: if you're sitting on a pack that's about to expire and you don't have a campaign lined up, request a partial refund via [email protected] — outside the 15-day self-serve window we still review case-by-case for genuine non-use.
Refunds
Within 15 days of purchase, refund a credit pack in one click from /billing → Refunds. Used minutes are pro-rated out at ₹6/min; everything else lands back on the original payment method within 1-3 business days. Full policy: /docs/billing/refunds.
FAQs
What if I run out of credits mid-campaign?
The dispatch path checks the balance before every call. If a call would push you below ₹0, it stays in queued status until you top up. We email the org owner immediately so you can react.
Can I auto-recharge?
Yes. /billing → Auto-recharge lets you set a threshold (e.g. "top up ₹2,500 when balance drops below ₹500"). Backed by a Razorpay UPI AutoPay mandate.
Do credits work for inbound too?
Yes — inbound minutes are billed from the same wallet. Cost per minute is the same ₹6 flat rate regardless of direction.
