What's an "active use case"?

A use case = one active campaign. Once a campaign is in completed or cancelled status, it no longer counts toward the cap. The Pilot plan's "1 use case" means you can run one live campaign at a time but can build as many drafts as you want.

Overage pricing

If you exceed your monthly minutes, the overage rate kicks in:

  • Pilot: ₹9/min
  • Starter: ₹8/min
  • Growth: ₹7/min
  • Scale: ₹6/min

Or buy a credit pack upfront at a flat ₹6/min, valid for 12 months and stackable with subscription minutes.

Auto-renew vs manual renew
