The assistant checks real availability — per doctor, per chair, per consultant — offers only what is genuinely free, and books it. No double-booking, no calling the patient back to confirm, no diary in three places.
How it works
Set working hours, slot lengths and breaks per person or per resource, or connect Google Calendar and let it read from there.
By phone or WhatsApp, in their own words — 'Thursday evening', 'after 6', 'whenever Dr. Mehta is free'. They do not have to navigate a booking form.
The assistant reads live availability and offers what is open. Because it books directly rather than requesting, the slot is held the moment they agree.
On WhatsApp by default, because that is what most Indian customers prefer, with the date, time, person and address — and a one-tap way to change it.
What it does not do
It books against the availability you give it. If your real schedule lives in someone's head and gets rearranged verbally, the assistant will confidently book slots that turn out not to be free — the diary has to be true for this to work.
Common questions
It syncs with Google Calendar, and can run entirely on Cualify's own scheduling if you would rather not connect anything. Practice-management integrations are on the roadmap rather than available today.
Yes. Each person or resource has their own availability, and the assistant books against whoever the customer asks for — or offers the earliest available if they have no preference.
The slot is held on confirmation, so whoever confirms first gets it and the other is immediately offered the nearest alternative. There is no window where both appear to have booked it.
