Everything said on a call becomes structured fields on the customer's record — name, reason, preference, amount, next step. The notes exist whether or not anyone had a spare five minutes.
How it works
Whatever your business actually tracks: reason for visit, budget, preferred branch, vehicle number, policy ID. These become the shape of the record.
During the conversation it extracts what was said into those fields, rather than dumping an undifferentiated transcript you would still have to read.
Structured fields, a short summary, and the full transcript underneath for anything the fields did not capture.
The agent reads the record before the next call, so the customer is not asked the same three questions again.
What it does not do
Extraction is good, not perfect. Fields it is unsure about are flagged rather than guessed, and someone should review flagged records — a wrong phone number entered confidently is worse than a blank one.
Common questions
Recordings and transcripts are stored in Mumbai under a retention policy you set, and personal information is redacted before long-term storage. You control how long anything is kept.
It writes to Cualify CRM natively, and to other systems through webhooks and the REST API. There is no one-click connector for third-party CRMs today.
Good on the structured things — names, numbers, dates, amounts — and it flags what it is unsure of. Code-switched Hinglish is handled, which is where most transcription tools built for English fall over.
